Mr. Young has over 35 years of experience as an Employee Benefits professional. He has extensive knowledge of the employee benefits industry with its various benefit concepts and financial objectives. Mike will effectively and continuously evaluate your benefits objective. As Senior Vice President of Benefits Consulting, he is responsible for overall management and customer relationship of the employee benefits practice including the development and marketing of new business prospects. Prior to joining PK Financial Group, Mike had a twenty-eight year career at Independence Blue Cross in Sales and Marketing and he worked at M and C Financial Group. Mike received a B.A. degree from Lincoln University.
